The Client

Carli Saw founded Strawberry Seed Consulting with the aim to support and empower people by giving professional advice to small business owners around human resource management. Established in 2013, her HR consultancy grew quickly as a result of her unwavering commitment to excellence and her genuine love for people.

The Project

Carli needed a confident HR writer to update the copy on her website to reflect the changes in her rapidly expanding business. New copy was needed for eight web pages while five pages required minor changes. Maintaining her healthy Google rankings was essential.

Before embarking on writing new SEO-friendly copy for the website, we developed a comprehensive Tone of Voice/Branding guide. Incorporating customer avatars, branding personality and principles as well as the consultancy’s USP, Mission and Vision, this document became the foundation for customer-focused copy.

The Result

After a collaborative process, the Strawberry Seed Consulting website accurately reflects the services Carli offers in a consistent tone of voice. Coupled with the consultancy’s strong visual brand identity, the website is a powerful tool to drive better engagement and build trust with customers.
