The Project
idSafe’s marketing manager urgently needed a cyber security copywriter to promote their new cyber security product designed to protect everyday Australians from identity theft. A first on the Australian market and aimed at the average Aussie, it was essential to create customer-focused website copy that would explain the dangers of identity theft and the need for identity security in clear, easy-to-understand language.
Working with a team consisting of technology experts, my job was to take their expertise and complex jargon to translate the key concepts into engaging Australian content. In order to achieve this, we first developed idSafe’s tone of voice, establishing its USP, key features and benefits and creating customer avatars.
The Result
The 8-page SEO-friendly website went live within the tight time frame, giving every Australian access to affordable identity security.
