Codafication’s marketing department had previously worked with a copywriter who didn’t deliver the content they were looking for. They were searching for a knowledgeable SaaS (Software as a Service) copywriter to write SEO-friendly copy for their brand-new service offering and website.
This project came with an extremely tight deadline, as the product launch had been scheduled and could not be postponed. Recognising the specialised nature of the business, I first developed Unity’s Branding/Tone of Voice Guide during a collaborative process. The next step was to write SEO-friendly copy for six web pages targeting their expert audience.
The comprehensive Branding/Tone of Voice Guide proved invaluable to the copywriting process as it enabled me to craft compelling content while incorporating the product’s key features and benefits.
The end result is a website that communicates Unity’s key messages in a consistent tone of voice without confusing the end user with complex jargon.
